Nick Perry is a British playwright and screenwriter. He is a graduate of the National Film and Television School. His first play Arrivederci Millwall was produced by The Combination at The Albany Empire, Deptford in 1985 and jointly won the Samuel Beckett Award. ''Smallholdings'' was first performed at the Kings Head Theatre in 1986, and ''The Vinegar Fly'' at the Soho Poly in 1988. ''Near Cricket St Thomas, 1919'' was directed by Alan Ayckbourn at the McCarthy Theatre, Scarborough in 1997. ''An Illustrated Talk'' was performed at the Newtown Theatre, Sydney, as part of the 2008 Short and Sweet festival.
